Would encourage people to actually play together (how blizzard intended it to be, not only for exp runs and rush/getting rushed) with the (hopefully soon™) changed lootsystem whatever it is. The built in melee splash damage makes characters like zealots and frenzy barbs extra deadly. With the built in melee splash damage, he is quickly killing everything. I recently built a zealot who is using an eth oath conquest sword.
I disagree about melee being screwed in pd2. Senpai just needs to hire someone who actually likes melee to mod that portion of the game for him. Hilariously enough, they actually nerfed WW in some ways, but all other melee was basically nerfed across the board. Some of the changes are certainly good though, like allowing ctc to proc on striking.īut the WW barb is the only melee character they did anything with. People who love playing casters will always love PD2, but if you like zealots, smiters, kicksins, were-druids, or frenzy barbs, you’re completely screwed.Įven with ww barbs, all the changes aren’t unquestionably good across the board, just different. Project diablo is way better and I’m having a blast playing it.
